Friendly staff, quite good location

Room and bathroom especially was very dated and dirty, breakfast was awful, all cold eggs and ham laying submerged in water, could only eat the toast.

The location is good in terms of having a partial view of the bay.

The staff were incredibly rude. When I stepped out of hotel at 8 am the morning I was checking out, they ran me down and started interrogating me about my plans and when I would be leaving. It was very loud, difficult to sleep, and the room was run down.

I think everything is good, especially the staff there kind and helpful, just a little downside that because is close to the bar so is slight noise during the night. But it depends which room that you're staying too ... I guess

The staff here were some of the friendliest I came across in my two weeks in Thailand. The room was also incredibly nice and spacious with a balcony, sitting area, and felt modern and up-to-date. Good location too. Lots around!

The pool wasn’t the best compared to some similar hotels for equal or lesser value. I stayed at three different hotels in Ao Nang and I would say well this one was very nice, the value for money may not be worth it.

Nice Room and nice and helpful staff

Not nice patio and swimming pool area. Breakfast could have more options. Also the balconies were useless in our rooms.

Good location. Friendly and accommodating staff. Allowed us to change rooms when we had an issue with our initial room.

I enjoyed everything in this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent. The stuff was so friendly and always ready to help. The location is very convenient and close to everything in Ao Nang beach and the night market. The breakfast was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's near to the night market, beach and 7-Eleven.The staff are friendly and delegated.

It was a bit noisy in the morning as other rooms needed cleaning. But I believe the staff tried their best to minimize the noise.

My stay in Aonang all seasons resort was perfect.Location is very good, staff are friendly and polite, rooms are clean.

I loved the stuff's behavior. Always very helpful. All time they have smile on their face. This is most positive vibes for a guest. Room was very clean. Location is very good.

They can improve the pool area by decorations. Also, increase a little breakfast menu options.

The location is not so center. The breakfast spread is just limited.The room aircond is not working and the room was smelly.

The staff are very friendly from reception to the dining area. Location’s near the night market. Breakfast is good, the serving is plenty that we can’t finished it off. Taste is delicious

The room is a bit small

This hotel exceeded my expectations! What stood out the most is the staff - went above and beyond. The staff here should train other hotel employees - they set the bar very high. From the moment I got there, I was fully taken care of. They allowed me to check in early since the room was ready. I had a great seaview room. The hotel and room is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a most relaxing stay. The location is excellent, right next to the beach and restaraunts in walking distance. Tour booths located right next to the hotel so you can book your tours to the islands. Overall, I was extremely pleased and will keep this hotel on my list for my next visit to Krabi.

Location is good, the shower has good pressure and the staff was friendly.

The shower and some spaces in the room were not fully clean, but clean in general
